So, I’m just going to cut to the chase: Phoenix is moving. The regular server will not be down, the tekkit one will.. We have purchased some basic hosting with only 10 slots. It is a monthly recurring cost. It is going to be a very simple server, completely legitimate. There will only be 5 ranks: Admin, Moderator, VIP, Regular and Guest. The admins will be Phoe and myself. The Moderators will be dabasser, boxing_rex, samness7, and aerro1. The regulars will be those who have a rank already. Nobody will be able to spawn items. There will be no promotions above Regular during this period. If you don’t like the rank you have, we can remove it. Right now, Phoenix is going through a lot, and the server is the least of his worries. Let’s just try to be content with what we have. Furthermore, the VIP rank is for people who donate. There will be three donation packages: $1, $5, and $10. They will each have the same title, but be given in-game money. This will be defined on the Buycraft page later tonight. Please donate! This is the prime time to donate, as it determines the fate of Redstone Miners Federation. If we don’t bring in enough money to keep the Minecraft server up, the community will die. If you are a minor, pre-paid Visa gift cards can be purchased at major department stores. Plus, you get an upper hand in-game if you donate. So, be prepared for a simpler server, but be thankful there is one at all.

Hey guys, I took the Vanilla/Bukkit server down for the afternoon. Just want to give my computer a break.

Hey everyone! I just wanted to give all of you guys an update on our server, and other things going on!

First off, we have officially passed our 1 Year public server date!  :D :D :D
Congrats to us! Thanks for your support this past year, it’s been great getting to know you all! Some of you (although not many anymore) have been with us since the start, and others have stuck around since you joined!

Also, most of you know that we have a tekkit server! This has been going well, for the most part. We’ve had some issues with lag, as well as griefing issues. But most of those have been taken care of. If you haven’t already, please go like our server on the Minecraft Server List!

Also, to date, we’ve raised almost $200! Which is great! If you are looking to help our server out, we’d really appreciate it! The server is hosted on a home computer (which is a beast btw) but all expenses come out of phoenixstar’s pocket. So if you donate, in addition to the in-game items you’d be getting, your helping literally keep our server running! Check out our donation page to get started!

Just thought I’d give you a quick update!!!!

2 Things really…

1)

First off, as some of you know, and have been on already, there is a Tekkit server up on our old IP, 75.80.25.127:25565

Also, I’m updating the old server to the latest plugins. That will be under 75.80.25.127:25566

I’m still not moved, but I have a job! So, I’ll run my pc with the server’s going, until… whenever I have to kill them. Have fun and welcome back!

As you know, we have been having a partnership with Jjames’ server. However, yesterday, he told someone to tell me that he didn’t want to have a partnership anymore. So, I talked to him, and he is done with us. Because of this, playing on that server will be treated as playing on any other server. I will get on to scan for RMF players. If you would like to try for a rank on Jjames’ Server, and are GP or over, please leave a letter of resignation below. From now on, if we partner with a server, it must be one that has an experienced staff and owner.
